OUR STORY

Built through experience and real connections.

WithCoco was founded in Japan by two sisters with professional backgrounds in global IT companies, including more than seven years of experience in IT and software quality assurance. Our experience working across international teams and the technology sector continues to shape how we work today.

Today, WithCoco is a family-run company, built together with our mother and shaped by the people and places we have connected with — from our roots in Hiroshima and Tokyo to relationships built in Sri Lanka.

These connections have shaped the different areas of our work. Through jewelry, we work with skilled craftspeople to create and remake pieces with meaning. Through business support, we work with international companies that need Japanese-language expertise, local knowledge, and practical support in Japan.

While the work may be different, the same values run through everything we do: trust, direct relationships, and respect for the people behind every project.
